About The Position
Assure purchased parts in the plant as well as the complaint management in case of deviations from specifications.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Manage complaints (e.g. to suppliers, etc.) and coordinate relevant activities (e.g. supplier activities, etc.) including problem analysis, blocking procedures and defect correction processes.
- Analyze supplier-related quality data including reporting and documentation.
- Initiate and comply with the necessary escalations. (e.g. for supplier development, etc.)
- Support and advise external sorting and rework companies.
- Develop and improve activities (e.g. supplier activities, etc.), based on guidelines, specific standards and requirements.
