About The Position

Assist in reviewing engineering drawings and specifications to ensure clarity and manufacturability. Support new product introduction by coordinating with suppliers during early development phases. Help investigate alternate manufacturing processes for cost reduction and improved quality. Participate in supplier onboarding activities, ensuring new suppliers understand requirements and quality standards. Assist in supplier audits, including part-to-print verification and basic process reviews. Support supplier performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with resolving quality issues by supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions. Contribute to production readiness assessments for new modules and transferred products. Document and communicate findings to cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner. Basic understanding of electrical systems and components. Familiarity with repair processes or troubleshooting techniques (preferred). Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T concepts. Exposure to quality tools and problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, PFMEA) is a plus. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline). Up to 6 months of relevant experience (internship or project work counts). Interest in supplier quality, manufacturing processes, and repair operations. Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
