Overview: We are seeking a motivated recent college graduate to join our Supplier Engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates with a degree in Electrical Engineering and a strong interest in manufacturing and repair processes. You will work closely with experienced engineers and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability in our products while gaining hands-on experience in supplier development and process improvement.

  • Assist in reviewing engineering drawings and specifications to ensure clarity and manufacturability.
  • Support new product introduction by coordinating with suppliers during early development phases.
  • Help investigate alternate manufacturing processes for cost reduction and improved quality.
  • Participate in supplier onboarding activities , ensuring new suppliers understand requirements and quality standards.
  • Assist in supplier audits , including part-to-print verification and basic process reviews.
  • Support supplier performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with resolving quality issues by supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Contribute to production readiness assessments for new modules and transferred products.
  • Document and communicate findings to cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Up to 6 months of relevant experience (internship or project work counts).
  • Interest in supplier quality, manufacturing processes, and repair operations.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
  • Familiarity with repair processes or troubleshooting techniques (preferred).
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T concepts.
  • Exposure to quality tools and problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, PFMEA) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
