In 2021, Igloo was acquired by Dometic Brands and now there is the opportunity to Globally grow both brands together. We are on a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Supplier Compliance and Relationship Manager. Owns global S&OP process for finished good suppliers, including new and existing products launching into new and existing markets. Will be the liaison between sales leaders and project timelines. Will develop and implement pre-launch checklist to include all actions required for successful shipment of goods by target date, including retail customer audit requirements, initial PO creation and MOQ consolidation for all regions, and communication of any slippage. Oversees sustainability and compliance across sourcing and supply chain, ensuring alignment with ethical sourcing, labor standards, environmental practices, and corporate codes of conduct.

Requirements

Equivalent work experience, Igloo product knowledge, basic Microsoft Excel experience
3 years' planning experience in a manufacturing environment using an MRP/ERP system
Able to speak and comprehend English
Able to add, subtract, divide & multiply

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of basic supply chain planning
Oracle 11i experience

Responsibilities

Create, deploy and maintain pre-launch checklists for all new launches
Deploy global S&OP process and meeting cadence for sourced finished goods
Build relationships with all key suppliers and their production planning teams
Track slippage on all product launches, providing available options to sales leads
Remove, mitigate, or work around new product launch hurdles; costing not setup, orders not placed, MOQs not met
Ensure supplier compliance with sustainability, ethical labor, and environmental standards.
