Supplemental Instruction (SI) is a peer-led academic assistance program designed to improve students' academic performance and increase retention in courses. SI Leaders facilitate a peer-to-peer learning environment through weekly study sessions. SI Leaders are responsible for attending all lectures for their assigned class, facilitating peer study sessions for their assigned course each week, participating in SI Leader group meetings and training as scheduled, and communicating regularly with the SI Assistant Director and assigned faculty member.
