About The Position

Requirements

• Experience developing and executing procurement actions.
• Experience managing facility upgrades, operations, and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary senior advisor to top-level management on budget and financial management requirements and issues.
• Direct the preparation and justification of coordinated budget estimates for current and out-year spend plans.
• Monitor and manage diverse technical programs such as asset management, facilities engineering, and security management.
• Lead, guide, and supervise Business Operations staff.
