Job Responsibilities : The Retail Supervisor plays a key role in leading and supporting the sales floor team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. This role ensures daily operations run smoothly, associates are supported, and customers receive excellent service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and overall store performance. Lead, motivate, and coach team members to drive sales, meet KPIs, and maintain a high-performing environment. Provide training on customer service, product knowledge, and sales strategies. Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards; handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and merchandising to ensure strong product availability and appealing displays. Manage cash handling, POS operations, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Coordinate scheduling and staffing to support business needs and maintain operational efficiency. Review sales performance and support implementation of strategies to improve results. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail supervisory or assistant manager experience, with at least 3 years in a KPI-driven sales environment.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and support overall store performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach, train, and motivate employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of sales techniques, pricing, promotions, and customer service best practices.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, and training is a plus.
