The Supervisor contributes as an integral member of the store management team, focusing on the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence to ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. This role involves creating a high-energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors, while also supervising and coaching associates on sales training processes to achieve high levels of service and sales. The Supervisor is responsible for proactively resolving consumer concerns in line with company policy, partnering with the store manager on elevated issues. Key duties include participating in the training of new and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store policies. They will collaborate with store management to set expectations, coach, and foster an environment that promotes engagement, retention, and talent, including delivering formal performance feedback. The position requires efficient handling of cash and merchandise operations, such as shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment systems, all while maintaining standards and complying with store policies. The Supervisor works with the Store Manager, Associate Manager, and Assistant Store Manager(s) to adapt business strategies and meet daily sales and performance goals. Additionally, they will supervise the store team in the absence of other management members and adhere to all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs.
