Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Manufacturing, Engineering, related fields, or equivalent experience
Experience leading work cells and teams
Knowledge of plant operations
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability
Outstanding organizational skills

Responsibilities

Lead a culture of Safety within the workplace
Ensure all operations are carried on in a safe, appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Hold the shift and/or area accountable for standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue
Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
Ensure products are produced on time and are of good quality
Drive operational excellence and process optimization
Perform quality controls and monitor/report production KPIs
Lead and motivate employees through positive encouragement, training, and coaching
Establish and maintain a well-motivated team including training, supporting, and developing each team member.
