Their teams interact directly with customers including students, faculty, administration, alumni, and the general public to provide outstanding customer service for selling or renting books, general merchandise, and various academic products and services. Barnes & Noble College is seeking a resourceful, driven, adaptable, and customer-focused team member for a part-time Supervisor role, working varying or set schedules on a weekly basis year-round. The Supervisor will assist the management team, oversee team members within a specific department, satellite location, or store in the absence of upper management, and provide outstanding customer service to the academic and co-curricular community.
