Our Mesa Logistic & Distribution (L&D) Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Team manages both flows of Raw Materials and Finished Goods to manufacturing and to customers respectfully. We are looking for respectful, driven and self-motivated leaders to join and help us continue to expand and grow our RDC L&D organization! Where you come in: Coordinate and schedule customer pickups and expedited freight shipments. Design, manage and oversee the outbound order special requirements process, including custom labeling, documentation, and vendor systems data entry. Administer the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process, ensuring action tracking and completion. Monitor site processes and coordinate activities as assigned. Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement projects as assigned. Facilitate communication and coordination with internal teams at Dexcom, including Planning, Quality, and Manufacturing. Serve as the site lead for Change Management initiatives. Operate within the Night Shift RDC environment, ensuring strong communication and alignment with cross-shift partners and day-shift leadership. Utilize Oracle EBS to execute, troubleshoot, and support warehouse functions; prior Oracle EBS experience is preferred and strongly valued. Develop your team through coaching, accountability, and daily reinforcement of Dexcom culture, fostering a high-performing and respectful night-shift environment What makes you successful: You are driven to continuously learn and grow your warehouse and material experiences. Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of industry experience
  • Informal management/ team lead experience
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
