About The Position

Summary: The role of the Premium Supervisor is to ensure all events are produced to the client’s specifications and executed to company standards—with care, precision, and a commitment to exceptional service. This role is not just about operations; it's about creating memorable experiences and bringing people together through thoughtful hospitality.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of foodservice or hospitality experience, preferably in high-end catering or premium service.
  • Must possess, or be willing to obtain prior to first day of work: California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification and California Servesafe Food Handler’s Card.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills, balanced with the ability to remain professional with high-profile guests

Responsibilities

  • Attend BEO meetings that correlate with working events
  • Review week-of rentals attentively
  • Print menu signage and menu cards
  • Serve as the point person for client, event planners, and vendors on the day of the event—pre, during, and post
  • Double-check all rentals and test equipment prior to event
  • Act as point person with Chef for any food-related needs, questions, or issues
  • Request fresh produce for bar or product needs from Chef in a timely manner
  • Motivate staff to work as a team, supporting each other in a professional, helpful, and fair manner
  • Ensure proper clock in/out and breaks for event staff and Temp staff
  • Conduct final walkthrough post-event to ensure nothing is left behind and the venue is clean
  • Ensure all Levy furniture is clean, in working condition, and returned to its proper storage location
