About The Position

Summary: Responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service in premium areas throughout Sonoma Raceway—including Turn 11, suites, and catering events across the track. This role ensures that each guest interaction balances warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining discretion with high-profile guests.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of foodservice or hospitality experience, preferably in high-end catering or premium service.
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain prior to first day of work: California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification and California Servesafe Food Handler’s Card.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills, balanced with the ability to remain professional with high-profile guests
• Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional presence that enhances the guest experience.
• Ensure all food and beverage is properly displayed, replenished, and maintained throughout events.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests efficiently and accurately, maintaining service areas before, during, and after events.
• Setup and breakdown dining, bar, and catering spaces across the track.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Act with urgency, professionalism, and respect when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Support teammates and step in as needed to ensure seamless event execution.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, chefs, and other team members regarding guest needs or issues.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies in compliance with CA RBS standards.
• Report guest concerns, incidents, or unusual occurrences promptly.
