As a Supervisor, Volunteer Program Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to oversee o everything from processing applications and conducting interviews to onboarding, orienting, and placing volunteers throughout the hospital, while also supervising our Guest Services Liaisons who staff the main lobby information desks. This position plays a meaningful part in matching dedicated community members with departments that need their support, creating a real impact across the organization. POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for managing, coordinating, and administering volunteer program(s) for an assigned facility or campus, which includes managing, recruiting, training, scheduling and evaluating a diverse group of volunteers in accordance with organizational vision, mission and philosophy. This position promotes and supports volunteerism through community programs and partnerships.
