Requirements

• Associate degree in related field or two (2) years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to present information clearly to a wide variety of audiences.
• Ability to work without close supervision.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment / machines.

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years in a healthcare or customer service-related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the daily functional tasks of the campus Visitor Management program.
• Recommends and implements changes that increases productivity as needed.
