About The Position

Responsible for retail pharmacy staff and the clinical performance of the Valley Health Pharmacy staff to ensure that the highest quality of pharmaceutical care is provided to all Valley Health Pharmacy patients in collaboration with the Director of Pharmacy and Manager of Pharmacy.

Requirements

B.S. or PharmD. in Pharmacy
New Jersey Pharmacist license
Registered Pharmacist with minimum 2 years retail pharmacy experience
Computer literacy
Effective communication skills (oral, writing, presentation) and interactive skills to effectively communicate and interact with individuals of varied age and cultural groups, departmental and hospital staff, physicians, and patients/family members
Ability to respond quickly and meet the customer's request and/or needs
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to effectively handle interruptions and adapt to a changing environment, workload and work schedule
Ability to set priorities, trouble-shoot and solve problems
Demonstrated organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
