This position directs, organizes, prioritizes and leads a team of employees; plans and controls relevant departmental operations by ensuring adequate, competent staffing and monitoring of the time and attendance system. Facilitates team performance improvement activities. Monitors employee training and competency. Provides guidance and performance management of staff. Utilizes and enforces RCHSD Personnel policies and procedures. Tracks trends and data related to team performance, family satisfaction, patient outcomes, fiscal management and budgetary issues and other duties, as assigned.
