About The Position

The ideal candidate will have experience leading, coaching, and developing production teams of five or more. Please note, IAT works on a hybrid schedule, working from the office Monday through Wednesday with the option of working remotely Thursday and Friday. This role will provide day-to-day oversite for Account Managers within the Moving & Storage Underwriting Support unit. The position will be in one of our following offices: • Alpharetta, GA • Rolling Meadows, IL • Naperville, IL

Requirements

Bachelors’ degree and 3 years of leadership experience; or equivalent. Equivalent is defined as 7 years of relevant insurance experience.
Knowledge of Underwriting Support processes and procedures.
Experience with rating and policy issuance platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work throughout the organization at different levels.
Effective written and verbal communication skills used for interaction with all levels of associates and/or external sources in a variety of settings.
