About The Position

Gain knowledge of all departmental functions.
Assist in supervising production team members.
Ensure team is following safe food handling practices and regulatory

Monitor and assign duties as necessary for team members.

Assist in training and cross-training team members.
Record and order inventory and supplies.
Perform safety inspections ensuring safety of all team members.

Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of poultry plant operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language skills required

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred.
