Primary responsibilities for Coordinator and Rehab Assistant staffing plans, schedules, quality assurance, PPL, Automated Time and Attendance, coaching and development of staff. Requirements

• High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) required.
• 2+ years experience in leadership role or in patient scheduling or medical clinic support required.
• Computer related experience with spreadsheets, computer scheduling and word processing, Microsoft Office required.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to make independent decisions in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in order to supervise employees and interact effectively with patients, families, physicians and co-workers.
• Excellent organizational skills required prioritizing workload.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
