• Implement all approved procedures • Supervises, trains subordinates, schedules, and evaluates Operators • Supervises and coordinates activities related to surveillance of gaming tables, slot machines, cashiers, cages, and slot booth operations including the visual/audio of the soft count room • Reviews and supervises all daily activities, reports and all related reports and prepares shift reports for the Director of Surveillance • Responsible for training all Surveillance Personnel • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions • Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke and loud noises • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus • Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairs. • Always follow the Company Service Standards model. • Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends. • Other duties may be assigned at any time.
