As a Supervisor of Supply Chain, you will mentor a team that establishes, updates and maintains enterprise-wide policies, procedures, standards, processes, systems and tools related to analyzing and purchasing goods and materials for enterprise operational and capital expenditures. You will identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational issues as well as encourage your team to challenge old methods and take responsible risks to improve results. Requirements

  • Some college or Associate’s degree in business
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in supply chain, purchasing/procurement or logistics
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills
  • Safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates financial, project management, and negotiation skills
  • High School Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, construction management, business, accounting/finance or engineering
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in supply chain, purchasing/procurement, logistics, project management or warehousing

Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages execution the performance of supply chain programs
  • Coordinates development and adherence to supply chain processes
  • Coordinates workforce planning and career development for direct employees
  • Designs and implements supply chain execution processes for expenditures
  • Assists with quality assurance and logistics support
  • Ensures company partners management, support and communications
  • Other duties as assigned
