Job Summary and Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE Sterile Processing Supervisors are responsible for the day to day operations of the Sterile Processing Department. They work collaboratively with OR Leadership and ancillary Departments to meet instrumentation and sterilization needs. They maintain accurate instrument checklists and process documentation. They are a resource for all sterilization needs and responsible for following manufacturers IFU.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Sterile Processing Certificate through CBSPD or IAHCM (obtained within 6 months of hire)
- Minimum 2 years of expeirence
Nice To Haves
- 3-5 years of expeirence in field.
