Position Summary The primary responsibility of the Pharmacy Fulfillment Supervisor is to supervise and provide direction to the professional and non-professional staff to ensure that prescription orders are filled and shipped in an accurate and efficient manner to achieve exceptional customer service to exceed company and customer expectations. The Pharmacy Fulfillment Supervisor is also responsible for directing daily workflow, interviewing/hiring, evaluating & reviewing performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in pharmacy environment and/or customer service environment
  • 1+ year(s) of leadership experience including training and performance reviews/engagement
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Extreme accuracy and attention to detail and data standards.
  • Ability to work in teams and coordinate work efforts.
  • Attention to customer focus to ensure patients are responded to with accurate and timely information.
  • Ability to perform sedentary computer work.
  • Occasional standing and walking
  • Occasional lifting and moving of items ranging from 30 – 60 pounds.
  • Must be available until close (630p EST)
