About The Position

Continue to grow your career with FCCI! This key role will supervise and oversee the daily IT application services function for their assigned team. Work closely with the Director, Solutions Delivery and the assigned business community, IT staff, and other management in support of core processes and critical business objectives. This role will lead, motivate, monitor and manage IT Solution / Services Delivery Teammates and Vendor Resources to meet company/department project/program goals, objectives, and end-to-end delivery, including but not limited to the initiation, requirements, design, infrastructure, cloud-based capabilities, testing, quality, and change management. Ensures the Project Life Cycle is followed and appropriately applied; participating in all phases, as well as ensuring appropriate test plans are established and implemented for assigned projects. As needed, this role facilitates collaboration across departments to ensure teams are aligned with project goals. Among key priorities, the Supervisor will monitor responsible parties for data integrity and ensure compliance with policies and procedures to include service levels of production systems and compliance with service level agreements. Also ensures that program documentation, including flow charts and test cases, are developed and maintained for all assigned applications, and monitors project budgets and expenses to ensure financial objectives are met. Makes cost-effective decisions to maximize resources and project outcomes.
