This position is not eligible for Freeport-McMoRan immigration work visa sponsorship.What You Will DoUnder general supervision, you supervise, coordinate, and control the safe and efficient operation of an assigned work unit. In this role, you assign, supervise, and review the work of staff. You implement production plans according to approved schedules and participate in the full range of daily operational duties, performing the most difficult tasks as needed. As a Supervisor of Maintenance, you inspect and evaluate work in progress, identify problem areas, and direct remedial action. You conduct performance evaluations, prepare estimates for staffing, materials, and equipment, and maintain inventories and approve purchases. You also manage time, materials, and equipment use reports, train staff in safety procedures, maintain safety data sheets, and perform other duties as required.
