About The Position

To provide a friendly and positive service to all guests, supervise slot technicians on their shifts, maintain all slot related equipment and maintain a good working relationship with floor people and slot supervisors. Essential duties and responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned. Maintain smooth working relationship with the State Police. Complies and enforces all state and gaming regulations and company policies. Coordinates moves and conversions of slot machines. Monitors the data system that is connected to the slot machines. Handles guest disputes as necessary. Observes and evaluates technical personnel. Protects company assets. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises Slot Techs. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Responsibilities
