The Role: To provide a friendly and positive service to all guests, supervise slot technicians on their shifts, maintain all slot related equipment and maintain a good working relationship with floor people and slot supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain smooth working relationship with the State Police.
- Complies and enforces all state and gaming regulations and company policies.
- Coordinates moves and conversions of slot machines.
- Monitors the data system that is connected to the slot machines.
- Handles guest disputes as necessary.
- Observes and evaluates technical personnel.
- Protects company assets.
