About The Position

Oversees slot service staff during assigned shift. Ensures that slot service staff provides the Family Style Service at all times. In the absence thereof, this position has the authority to function in the capacity of the Director Slot Operations in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D 1.11. May perform other duties as assigned. $48,000.00 - $53,000.00

Requirements

• High school diploma required; two years electronics school equivalent preferred.
• Three years progressive management experience in slot repair or slot service required.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Basic knowledge of AS400 and related computer systems required.
• Must be knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and respective gaming regulations.
• Key License is required and MDF is Required

Responsibilities

• Ensures that direct reports comply with all regulatory requirements regarding slot machines.
• Resolves customer disputes.
• Supervises, trains and monitors performance of direct reports.
