As a Supervisor, the incumbent in this position oversees the day-to-day operations of a group of employees. This includes training and developing staff, assigning work, as well as interpreting and ensuring the consistent application of organizational policies. He/she possesses and applies knowledge of the principals, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization.
