About The Position

At Chick-fil-A, we are so much more than a restaurant. Join our leadership team and partner with a reputable brand known for leading the way in its industry. With one-on-one coaching and development from a senior leader, you will have the opportunity to learn and lead in our organization. Be immersed in our culture, lead key projects, and develop your own business plans. We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our leadership team-someone who thrives in restaurant operations and is excited to gain experience in Human Resources along the way. This is an operations-first position, with 80-90% of your time spent managing day-to-day restaurant shifts. The remaining 5-7 hours per week will be dedicated to supporting the HR department: assisting with interviews, paperwork, and basic onboarding. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants exposure to HR processes while still being a front-line operations leader. Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. Our Chick-fil-A restaurant is locally owned and operated by an independent, franchised Operator who invests in the future of their Team Members and gives back to their communities.
