We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our leadership team-someone who thrives in restaurant operations and is excited to gain experience in Human Resources along the way. This is an operations-first position, with 80-90% of your time spent managing day-to-day restaurant shifts. The remaining 5-7 hours per week will be dedicated to supporting the HR department: assisting with interviews, paperwork, and basic onboarding. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants exposure to HR processes while still being a front-line operations leader.
