Healthcare Sales Representative – Territory Growth Role | Full-Time (Delaware County & Surrounding Territory) Lawall Prosthetics and Orthotics is expanding—and we’re hiring a Healthcare Sales Representative to help us grow into new markets and open additional locations. This is more than a sales job. It’s an opportunity to play a key role in our company’s growth while helping connect patients with life-changing prosthetic and orthotic solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and valid driver’s license
  • 3+ years of sales experience (healthcare, medical device, or B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Driven and adaptable—you enjoy growing new business and finding opportunities
  • Comfortable with travel throughout your territory
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage your schedule and territory independently

Responsibilities

  • Grow your assigned territory (Delaware County, parts of Central/Southeastern PA, and Delaware) by developing new referral relationships and strengthening existing ones
  • Prospect, cold call, and schedule meetings with physicians, hospitals, rehab facilities, and other referral sources
  • Present products and educate healthcare professionals about new services and solutions
  • Build lasting partnerships that contribute to new patient referrals—and ultimately, expansion into additional locations
  • Meet and exceed sales goals with the support of a collaborative, mission-driven team
  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive data
  • Represent Lawall at professional meetings, conferences, and community events
