This is an open position with Jersey Central Power & Light., a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. [JCPL] FirstEnergy takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. In addition, your actual base salary will depend on various factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. The estimated pay range for this role is $117,720 - $156,960 The Supervisor, Revenue Operations is responsible for managing physical employees at various field service centers within the designated service areas and administering processes that support all Revenue Operations functions. The Supervisor focuses on arrears management practices while observing all FirstEnergy Corp. required safety practices and the rules and regulations applicable for their respective area. They work in collaboration with other Customer Service areas as well as with area Operating Company management. They coach and monitor all areas of employee development including hiring, training, and performance management. The work environment promotes safe work practices and continuous process improvement while promoting customer service. The position reports to the Manager, Revenue Operations. The location of this position will be oversight of employees within the 4 Payment Centers of the Central District (Old Bridge, Toms River, Allenhurst & Point Pleasant) & this position will be based out of the Point Pleasant Business office requiring the candidate to report there & periodically travel to the other locations weekly. The candidate will need to be able to drive and report to any of the Central offices & will need to periodically support other Supervisors in New Jersey including the Northern region if necessary.
