Supervisor Respiratory Care Services - Full Time Exempt - Days - 8hr ICH
About The Position
Supervisor position requires organizational, prioritization and leadership skills. Demonstrates interpersonal skills. Provides customer service that meets the needs of all served. Is responsible for performing and documenting therapeutic and/or diagnostic procedures listed in the Department Scope of Care. May have advanced responsibility for more complex critical care, NICU, anesthesia tech and pulmonary function/bronch services. Recognizes and assists with appropriate actions in emergency situations. Provides customer service that meets the needs of all served. Contributes to the educational process for patients, cardiopulmonary staff and self. Acts as a lead/relief RCP technologist.
Requirements
- One year of adult critical care specialty experience is required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- CA RCP licensure.
- BLS required.
- ACLS and PALS required.
Responsibilities
