Job Summary Under general supervision of the Food Service Supervisor/Executive Chef, cooks, directs and coordinates culinary activities of the kitchen and cafeteria.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, equivalent or one year Cook experience in lieu of High School Diploma or equivalent.
- On-the-job training.
- One year prior cooking experience is required.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- HACCP knowledge required.
Nice To Haves
- Serve Safe certified preferred.
