We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead to join our Global FWD
Model Quality Design Assurance team. In this critical supervisory role, you will
be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a global team focused on
ensuring robust delivery of evidence for regulatory compliance across all
vehicle programs.

In This Role…

You will oversee the Compliance Design Review (CDR) process, ensuring timely and
accurate submissions, identifying systemic errors, and driving continuous
improvement. This role requires seamless collaboration with engineering teams
and subject-matter experts to maintain GPDS milestone standards, deliver ongoing
training to improve compliance reports, and manage key performance indicators
for CDR delivery and Design Assurance metrics. You will also coordinate internal
vehicle audits and provide essential updates to leadership.
