Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role. The Supervisor Repair Technician provides guidance and direction to the Repair Technician group. Manages team efforts to repair and test mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies. Ensures team has the required drawings, sketches, wiring diagrams and written oral instructions to understand and perform repair and/or test activity. Ensures work meets established technical, product and quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Typically have 4-6 years of experience as an electromechanical repair technician.
  • Lead or Supervisor experience highly preferred and training and development.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel and Power point

Nice To Haves

  • ATM repair experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to work in ambiguous environments
  • Exposure to Lean concepts and principles preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day frontline supervision for an assigned team of Repair Technicians.
  • Allocates assignments, establishes work priorities and monitors performance.
  • Supervises team activity, including that associated with: Identification, isolation and correction of product malfunctions.
  • Product and equipment disassembly, cleaning and refurbishment.
  • Generation and maintenance of test reports, logs, documentation and test equipment.
  • Identifies opportunities for department-wide improvement and communicates with management to propose changes as appropriate.
  • Communication, implementation and supporting process change initiatives as directed by management.
  • Acts as key escalation point for team technical and process issues and oversee ongoing problem resolution.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, ESD, quality and safety requirements.
