Supervisor, Renovation Operations

HD Supply is a leading wholesale distributor serving customers and their communities across the Multifamily, Institutional, Hospitality, Trades, Government Housing, Healthcare, Building Services and Education industries. We focus on delivering the highest quality products, services, solutions, and fulfillment in the industry to help our customers manage their day-to-day and keep business operations running efficiently. As the Supervisor of Renovation Operations, you will be responsible for the day to day management of 10 associates within the Renovation department. You will monitor team performance and provide coaching/training when needed. This role offers: Full-Time Schedule: 8am-5pm MON-FRI (1 HYBRID DAY) Pay: Competitive Salary Rate DOE Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision/401k PTO/Vacation Time
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
- Generally 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- May require certification.
- Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

- 1-2 years Supervisory Management Experience
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel/Word/Office and Adobe PRO
- SAP and Salesforce or similar CRM knowledge a PLUS; not required
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily functions of the Renovation Operations staff that includes but is not limited to delegation of work assignments, scheduling, performance appraisals, corrective actions and training.
- Manages daily call center activities including services levels, customer interaction, and problem resolution.
- Assists in the continual improvement of departmental systems, processes and reporting.
- Conducts regular procedural reviews to streamline processes and maximize efficiencies.
- Supervises performance of associates and recognizes, trains, coaches, counsels, and takes corrective action when warranted.
- Interviews, hires, and trains new associates.
