About The Position

HD Supply is a leading wholesale distributor serving customers and their communities across the Multifamily, Institutional, Hospitality, Trades, Government Housing, Healthcare, Building Services and Education industries. We focus on delivering the highest quality products, services, solutions, and fulfillment in the industry to help our customers manage their day-to-day and keep business operations running efficiently. The Renovation Project Coordinator (RPC) owns full lifecycle of any HD Supply renovation projects. They will serve as a main point of contact for customer escalations and field sales. This role offers: Full-Time Schedule: 8am-5pm MON-FRI

Requirements

Reliable transportation to our office in Santee, CA
Customer Issue Resolution Experience
Vendor Relations Investigation Experience
Experience using Microsoft Excel/Word/Office
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Generally 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.

Nice To Haves

SAP and Salesforce or similar CRM knowledge a PLUS; not required

Responsibilities

Provides sales support initiatives for renovation projects, including planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure project success.
Serves as a point of contact for all project stakeholders, including field sales, field installation teams, and valued customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or project-related issues.
Manages material and labor needs and promptly identifies alternative products while implementing solutions to minimize project disruptions.
Collaborates to develop project schedules and manage deliveries.
Resolves scheduling conflicts and ensures a smooth project execution.
Provides regular updates to project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, milestones, and relevant changes.
