About The Position

As the Rehabilitation Services Supervisor, you will plan, organize, and set priorities for daily operations. You will mentor and motivate rehab staff while ensuring quality care and the safety of patients, visitors, and employees. You will create daily staffing schedules and orient new team members. As a supervisor, you will monitor the budget and ensure supplies are in stock, and processes are in place to ensure appropriate inventory. This role is located at Toledo Hospital in the Physical Therapy Department.

Requirements

• Associate degree in PT or OT
• 5 years of clinical experience
• Licensed in the state of Ohio and/or Michigan

• Bachelor’s degree in PT, OT, SLP or related health care administration
