This position oversees the Hospital accounts receivable and daily operations of the staff and processes within the department. This person is responsible for measuring, monitoring and improving revenue cycle metrics including but not limited to days in A/R, denial rates, and aged receivables. This individual will be evaluated partially on his/her ability to quantify opportunities for improvement and successfully execute changes working with supervised staff as well as stakeholders external to the department.
