The Supervisor, Reagent Operations is responsible for supervising the scientists and technicians who build the critical components for clinical diagnostic tools in the form of immunodiagnostic reagent packs. This position reports to the Manager of Reagent formulations and is part of the Reagent Operations team located in Chaska Minnesota and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Manage and develop a team of manufacturing scientists and technicians to produce critical components to meet production demands Monitor multiple manufacturing production runs and support manufacturing nonconformance investigations, material supply issues and process improvements to meet schedule and customer demands Work within clearly defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and/or scientific methods and adhere to quality guidelines Apply basic analytical skills to scientific methods, operational processes or data to perform clearly documented activities
