About The Position
The position is focused on ensuring the quality and safety of raw ingredients and finished products within a high-speed manufacturing environment. The role involves supervising the facility's quality assurance team and assisting in daily quality assurance monitoring processes. The individual will manage analytical laboratory testing data related to dry hot and ready-to-drink (RTD) tea products, maintaining detailed records for regulatory compliance. Compliance with FDA and FSMA regulations regarding raw material specifications and finished product testing of dietary supplements and food products is a key responsibility. The position also requires providing support to various teams including Quality, Product Development, Operations, and Procurement while upholding the highest standards of food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
