The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production and quality standards are met, and leading a team of employees to achieve departmental goals. This role serves as the link between management and frontline staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.. Requirements

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor production processes, quality checks, and safety practices to maintain operational excellence.
  • Assign tasks, manage workloads, and adjust staffing as needed to meet production demands.
  • Train, coach, and mentor employees to build skills and promote continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify and communicate operational issues promptly to minimize downtime or risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, attendance, and performance.
  • Communicate clearly with management and staff to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Promote and maintain a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
