Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Economics (Honors), or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 7+ years progressively responsible working experience in Project Management including a strong working knowledge of Project Controls/management principles, and complex detailed multi-discipline project construction experience.
  • Strong grasp of construction activities (including electrical components and construction, mechanical, and civil construction in industrial facilities such as a pump station, terminal, refinery, power plant, etc.,).
  • Experience with interdependencies of labour, equipment, materials, quantities, types and durations and permit interdependence between scopes.
  • High level of understanding of pipeline systems, terminals, and station operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering, Procurement, Contracting, Execution & Construction, and Commissioning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members, fostering ownership, accountability, and leadership development.
  • Establish and coordinate systems, processes, and procedures for individual contributors, including robust data management practices.
  • Lead the team to facilitate detailed site scheduling in collaboration with internal partners to drive optimization and risk reduction.
  • Monitor and flag schedule and coordination risks (e.g., permits, material lead times, outages, contractor overlap, task sequencing) to relevant partners.
  • Analyze scope and contracting strategies and provide recommendations for optimization opportunities.
