This role reports into our Corona, California manufacturing plant. Responsible for the management and coordination of the production team on assigned shift to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety and productivity. Leads key production initiatives such as safety, lean manufacturing programs, training and other production related activities as assigned.
