Requirements

Production Supervisor or manufacturing supervisory experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to lead in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

Supervise and support employees in the production of plastic closures
Ensure product quality, food safety compliance, and a strong safety culture
Learn and apply SPC principles, SOPs, and productivity standards
Manage equipment and production flow to maximize efficiency
Develop, mentor, and assign work to employees while maintaining labor contract compliance
Foster a positive workplace and lead with effective communication
