About The Position

The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to ensure semi‑custom and high‑volume cabinets are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This role drives production performance through employee leadership, standard work, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager. We are hiring two on‑site roles : 1st Shift: Mon–Thu, 6 a.m.– 4:30 p.m. 3rd Shift: Sun–Wed, 7:30 p.m.– 6:30 a.m. These shift times are approximate and could start/end early. Occasional overtime, including Thurs for 3rd shift and Fridays for 1st shift, is required for both positions.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise production teams in semi‑custom and high‑volume cabinet operations.
  • Achieve daily output, efficiency, and on-time production goals.
  • Ensure PPE, safety, quality, and production targets are met on assigned shift.
  • Promote clean, safe work areas and actively identify and correct hazards.
  • Create, maintain, and audit Standard Work to support consistent, repeatable processes.
  • Balance efficiency and customization requirements to meet customer demand.
  • Enforce company policies, safety rules, and operational standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve throughput.
  • Train, coach, and develop employees on equipment, processes, policies and quality expectations.
  • Monitor key metrics including labor efficiency, downtime, overtime, and attendance.

Benefits

  • Hiring Range: $56,100.00-77,000 annually. Eligible for annual incentive bonus up to 5%. Actual pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, and other factors
