The Operations Supervisor will assist with all human resources issues for non-clinical staff including staffing, hires, terminations, recognition, retention, discipline, coaching staff, providing regular and timely performance review, creating improvement plans as needed, and help staff understand performance outcomes needed to meet overall goals and delivery of strong customer service.
