The Operations Supervisor will assist with all human resources issues for non-clinical staff including staffing, hires, terminations, recognition, retention, discipline, coaching staff, providing regular and timely performance review, creating improvement plans as needed, and help staff understand performance outcomes needed to meet overall goals and delivery of strong customer service. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving

Requirements

  • Microsoft office applications, use of practice management software, and payroll processing
  • Demonstrates a functional and technical understanding of applicable scheduling and billing software, Web-based applications, and electronic medical record technology
  • Ability to supervise diverse staff, not centralized to one location
  • Systems thinking, ability to prioritize Demonstrated ability in communication, negotiation, creativity, flexibility and problem solving
  • Knowledge of insurance industry including obtaining authorizations
  • Travel occasionally required
  • Associate's Degree OR relevant experience within a healthcare setting (Required)
  • 5 years' experience in a healthcare environment, with 2 years front office supervision experience (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical/Back Office experience (Strongly Preferred)

Responsibilities
