About The Position

The Pool Supervisor at the Long Beach Hilton is responsible for leading, scheduling, and supporting the poolside food and beverage team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. This role involves assisting with all aspects of pool service, including food and drink service, inventory tracking, and opening/closing duties. A key responsibility is to promptly and independently resolve guest and operational concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary. The supervisor must also ensure that sanitation and safety standards are met by monitoring cleanliness and proper food handling. Additionally, they are expected to support team members by stepping into service roles to maintain the flow of poolside hospitality. Requirements

  • 2+ years of server experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
  • Must meet state minimum age to serve alcohol
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for entire shift, and work outdoors
  • Flexible schedule availability—including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
